COMMUNICATIONS:
We believe communication with the High Plain community is very important and want to make sure every family is informed of events, activities and current news. The PTO produces a quarterly newsletter, a monthly flyer, an email blast, and now the new High Plain PTO website.
Email Blasts: The email blast is sent out to families, whom have previously signed up to receive it, on the 1st and 15th of every month. Sign up was handled during the collection of Family Directory information. If you are not receiving email blast and would like to please email Ursula Nicholas. Information contained in the email blast usually includes upcoming PTO event reminders, school-related meetings (such as Parent to Parent), volunteer needs, and other urgent PTO-related information.
PTO Website: Our new PTO website, thanks to the efforts of Jill Sergeant, will ultimately become a source of all PTO information. Thank you for your patience as we transfer all pertinent information in!
